Rates

Payment conditions:

You will receive confirmation of your booking via e-mail.

Please present this at the time of check in.

A prepayment of 50% will be requested at the time of confirmation which has to be paid by bank transfer.

The balance will have to be done via bank transfer no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Booking will not be considered confirmed without the bank payment receipt.

Any cancellation must be in writing via e-mail to info@pennella.it - villapennella@gmail.com.

The effective date of cancellation is when the written notification is received by Podere Pennella. The following fees will be applied:

• from 90 to 30days before your stay, 50% of the total amount
• from 30 days to 0 days (in case of no show) 100% of the total

Check in saturday from 3 PM to 6.30 PM.

Check out saturday within 10.30 AM.

The prices include weekly linen, utilities, final cleaning and firewood.

The prices don’t include air conditioning and heating upon consumption.
